Green Frog Cafe

"Living in nature, listening to the rain, Green Frog Cafe, that's where I want to be. The hemlocks are green, the creek is tricklin, there's geese on the pond, the forest sighs. Green Frog Cafe that's where I want to be, home of my soul, spirit of the mountains." Ruminations of Rhona McMahan

Caleb appears in the bible as one of the close lieutenants of Moses in the flight from Egypt. He was one of two surviving scouts sent out to find what sort of people occuppied the land of Canaan. Thereafter his people were called Calebites. His "people" were his family clan which grew into a tribe of Israel. The king of the Calebites wears red boots with elevated golden heels. Mary, Miriam and Sarah were names for the same mermaid sea goddess, long know by some as Yemanja (portuguese), who evolved in mass market America into Aunt Jemima. One of Calebs great grandmother's was named Miriam, and one of his grandmothers was named Sara. Where did Caleb's parents get the nickname Red Boots in the months before he was born? We do know that red has always been the favorite color of his mother. Where did the name Caleb come from when he was born? Chelsea sees a spiritual line for Caleb back through the ages.

The Fisher Kings were prominent in France prior to the campaign by the Roman Catholic Church to drive thems and Merovingians underground. The Fisher King is described as "lame" (having a dislocated hip). Mary the Hairdresser was also know as Mary of Bethany. She was the keeper of the red and gold tablets of the Arc of the Covenant, which were hidden in a cave near Hebron. Mary is a name which runds through Caleb's family (his great grandmother Mary, his great great aunt Mary, his grandmother Mae (a form of Mary) and so on

This is the wedding picture of my grandfather, James Russell Moore and my grandmother, Emma Olive McGeorge Moore, in 1905. The picture was taken by N. T. Bell of Cambridge, Ohio. They were living in New Concord, Ohio at the time, where he ran a dry goods store. They met when my grandmother came to New Concord in order to attend Muskingum College.

This lovely picture is of my grandmother, Emma Olive McGeorge Moore with her firstborn, James Harvey McGeorge Moore. The picture is either from late 1908 or 1909. The picture was made in the Chalfont Studio, Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. Beaver County was my where my grandmother was born (1885) and grew up, but she and my grandfather were living in New Concord, Ohio, at the time of this picture.
